1. Raising a Concern
Anyone with a safeguarding concern should contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.
Concerns may relate to:

A child’s safety or wellbeing

Behaviour of a staff member, freelancer or associate

Any situation that feels unsafe or inappropriate
2. Confidentiality
All concerns are handled sensitively and confidentially. Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis.
3. No Retaliation
Dee Bee Talent Management will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a safeguarding concern in good faith.
4. External Escalation
Where appropriate, concerns may be referred to local safeguarding authorities or relevant external agencies.

We are committed to listening, responding and acting in the best interests of every child.
