1. Raising a Concern

Anyone with a safeguarding concern should contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead immediately.

Concerns may relate to:

• A child’s safety or wellbeing

• Behaviour of a staff member, freelancer or associate

• Any situation that feels unsafe or inappropriate

2. Confidentiality

All concerns are handled sensitively and confidentially. Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis.

3. No Retaliation

Dee Bee Talent Management will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a safeguarding concern in good faith.

4. External Escalation

Where appropriate, concerns may be referred to local safeguarding authorities or relevant external agencies.
