Dee Bee Talent Foundation

Making the performing arts more accessible for every young person

Dee Bee Talent Foundation is the social impact arm of Dee Bee Talent Management, created to help break down financial and social barriers to the performing arts.

We believe that talent is everywhere, but opportunity is not. Our mission is to support young people and families who may otherwise face challenges accessing high-quality training, industry guidance, and creative development.

Through free workshops, outreach programmes, and bursary support, we aim to create meaningful pathways for young performers to grow in confidence, develop their skills, and access opportunities within the industry.

Our Mission

At Dee Bee Talent Foundation, we are committed to making the performing arts more accessible, inclusive and affordable for young people from all backgrounds.

We exist to remove barriers, nurture potential, and create spaces where children and young people can develop their talent, build confidence, and feel seen, supported and inspired.

Our work is rooted in the belief that every child deserves the chance to explore their creativity and access high-quality opportunities, regardless of their financial circumstances.

What We Do

Free Workshops

We deliver high-quality workshops led by experienced industry professionals, giving young people the opportunity to train, learn and grow in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Outreach Programmes

We take our work beyond traditional training spaces and into schools, community settings and youth environments, reaching talented young people who may otherwise go undiscovered or unsupported.

Bursary Support

Where funding allows, we will offer a limited number of bursaries to help with costs that can become barriers to participation and progression, such as headshots, Spotlight membership, training and travel.

Industry Guidance

We support young performers and their families with guidance and insight into navigating the performing arts industry, helping them to feel informed, confident and prepared.

Bursary Support

Bursary support will become available once funding has been secured.

We understand that the cost of pursuing opportunities in the performing arts can be a real challenge for many families.

Subject to available funding, Dee Bee Talent Foundation may offer bursary support for eligible young people to help with costs such as:

  • Headshots and photography

  • Spotlight registration or subscription fees

  • Travel for auditions, workshops or opportunities

  • Training and development support

  • Other agreed access-related costs

Please note that bursaries will be limited, application-based, and not guaranteed. Support will be awarded based on individual need, available funding, and the aims of each programme.

Bursary opportunities will be open to eligible young people and will not be dependent on representation by Dee Bee Talent Management.

Representation and Opportunity

Dee Bee Talent Foundation is not an audition process. Our programmes are designed as spaces for growth, access and development.

Where appropriate, some participants may be encouraged to explore next steps within the industry, including further training or applying to audition for representation. However, participation in Foundation activity does not guarantee representation by Dee Bee Talent Management.

Our focus is on supporting young people in a fair, ethical and meaningful way.

Our Vision

Our long-term vision is to build a foundation that not only supports access to the industry, but creates a genuine community around it.

We hope to grow into a space where young people can train, develop and thrive, and where families feel supported on the journey too. Over time, we aim to expand our offer through regular programmes, wider outreach, and a strong network of creatives and industry professionals who share our belief that the arts should be accessible to all.

Current Status

We are currently in the early stages of developing Dee Bee Talent Foundation and are actively seeking funding to support our programmes and bursary offer.

At this time, applications for workshops and bursary support are not yet open.

We are incredibly excited about what we are building and look forward to launching our first programmes as soon as funding is secured.

Please keep an eye on our website and social channels for updates and announcements.
