As the founder of Dee Bee Talent Management, Delycia brings a wealth of industry knowledge, compassion, and firsthand experience to her work. Her mission is simple – to provide young performers with the guidance, opportunities, and care they need to thrive in today’s competitive theatre world.

Having worked on both sides of the stage, Delycia deeply understands what it takes to succeed as a performer. She has experienced the highs and lows, the long audition days, and the joy of finally stepping into the spotlight. Through her work as both a performer and teacher, she knows that talent is only one part of the journey, it’s the work ethic, resilience, and passion to keep learning that truly set a performer apart.

As a mother herself, Delycia also understands the importance of a balanced and supportive environment for young talent. Family and wellbeing are at the heart of her values, and she is committed to ensuring that every young performer under her agency’s care is looked after holistically. In an industry that can be demanding, she strives to create a space where creativity and mental health are equally prioritised, allowing children to flourish not just as performers, but as confident individuals.

At Dee Bee Talent Management, Delycia is not just an agent – she is a mentor, a guide, and a champion for young talent, dedicated to helping them build fulfilling and sustainable careers in theatre.

Let’s work together to help your child shine – with care, passion, and dedication.

With over 15 years in live performance and event production, I’ve built my career around creating memorable experiences and bringing people together through art, music, and culture. Since 2008, I’ve worked across art, fashion, dance, and music — producing dynamic events and specialising in talent booking within the music industry. My work has taken me to some incredible venues, from The British Museum and Westminster Abbey to Canterbury Cathedral, the Canadian Museum of History, and Melbourne Museum.

Over the years, I’ve had the chance to work with an amazing mix of talent — from emerging global artists to well-known names like Teddy Swims, James Bay, and Bombay Bicycle Club — as well as brands and organisations such as Channel 4, Heathrow Airport, Dentsu, The Ivors Academy, and MOBO UnSung. I love being in the middle of that creative energy, where artists, brands, and audiences all come together to make something special.

As a two-time business owner, I’m organised, detail-focused, and passionate about building genuine relationships. I’m big on clear communication and making sure both clients and talent feel supported every step of the way — from the first audition details to the final performance. Community and inclusivity are at the heart of everything I do. As an ISTD-qualified freestyle dance teacher and Level 2 BSL interpreter, I care deeply about creating spaces that are welcoming, accessible, and empowering for everyone.
