​Code of Conduct

For Staff, Agents, Freelancers & Associates

1. Purpose
​
This Code of Conduct outlines the expected standards of behaviour for anyone working on behalf of Dee Bee Talent Management.
All staff and associates are required to uphold these standards at all times.

2. Professional Behaviour
​
All adults working with children must:

Treat children with respect, dignity and fairness

Act as positive role models
-
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
-
Use appropriate language and behaviour at all times

3. Physical Contact
​
Any physical contact must:
-
Be appropriate, necessary and proportionate
-
Be age-appropriate and culturally sensitive
-
Never be secretive
​
Physical contact should never make a child feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
​
4. One-to-One Situations
​
Where possible, one-to-one situations should be avoided. If unavoidable:

Parental knowledge and consent must be in place
-
Interactions should occur in open or observable spaces
​
5. Communication & Social Media
​
-
No private or secretive communication with children
-
Parents or carers must be copied into all digital communication
-
Personal social media contact with children is not permitted
​
6. Transport & Supervision
​
Staff and associates must not transport children without prior written parental consent and appropriate safeguarding arrangements in place.

7. Zero Tolerance
​
Dee Bee Talent Management has zero tolerance for:

Bullying or harassment
-
Discrimination
-
Grooming behaviour
-
Abuse of power or position
Any breach of this Code may result in immediate termination of involvement.
